  21. 1-1/4 cup flour                       1 tbs. sugar
  22. 1-1/2 tsp. baking soda                1 tsp. baking powder
  23. 1/2 tsp. salt                         1 egg, beaten
  24. 1 cup buttermilk                      2 tbs. butter or margarine, melted

  26. Mixture will be thick.  Use 1/4 cup for each pancake
